  • In Fort Lee, we’ve worked with Courtesy Redevelopment Area Number 6 on a redevelopment project including two hotels and a parking structure since 2004.
  • This year we began working with Galre in Wayne on a development project that includes approximately 50,000 square feet retail and 300,000 square feet of residential space.
  • In Fort Lee, we worked with Centuria on a redevelopment project, including 140,000 square feet retail, a 200 room hotel, and approximately 1 million square feet of residential space which was completed in 2006.
  • In 2006 and 2007, KS&L was part of the Redevelopment Counsel for the City of Hackensack.
