Partner Marc Leibman Secures Variances for New Fort Lee Office Building
On June 5, 2017 the Fort Lee Planning Board approved a resolution on an application brought by Marc Leibman for the construction of a 3 story office building on the site of the old Archer’s Restaurant in Fort Lee, adjacent to Horizon House on Palisade Avenue. This long vacant site will finally be updated and upgraded despite the opposition of Horizon House, which objected to the application and presented its own engineer and planner to contradict Leibman’s witnesses. Despite the opposition, the Planning Board unanimously approved many variances finding that the development is particularly well suited for this site.
