Mark Semeraro to Share Expertise in Zoning and Land Use at NJ Panel

The panel will take place at 3:45 in room 318 of the Atlantic City Convention Center. Mr. Semeraro will speak about zoning and land use as the Mayor of Maplewood Victor De Luca presides.
