Kaufman have recently been appointed Redevelopment Counsel for the City of Clifton with respect to the 118 acre industrial campus of Hoffman LaRoche located on Rt. 3 occupying land in both the City of Clifton and Township of Nutley.

It is located twenty minutes from New York City which is directly accessible via the Lincoln Tunnel from the site and has ready access to a number of major arteries including, but not limited to, the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, Rt. 80 and Rt. 17 as well as Rt. 46.
